Three ways to work with Ben

The right involvement for your business.

Choose by the work and responsibility you need, rather than company size.

One workflow. Measured results.

90-Day AI Pilot

Put one suitable workflow into use, train the people using it and measure the result. We confirm feasibility before you commit.

£2,850 total

Three monthly instalments of £950, paid in advance.
Seven hours each month. 21 hours in total.

  • Agree one workflow, baseline, owner and success measures.
  • Build and test using suitable available tools.
  • Train users, introduce the workflow and measure the result.
  • Hand over agreed documentation and review next steps.

All meetings, messages, preparation, testing, implementation and documentation use the allowance. Substantial custom integrations and a second workflow are separately scoped.

Fixed 90-day engagement. No automatic renewal. Start, billing and review dates are agreed before work begins.

  • Clarify priorities and keep the next steps practical.
  • Improve marketing, customer outreach and sales follow-up.
  • Simplify workflows and build confidence with AI.

Bespoke leadership engagement

Fractional AI Leadership

Work with Ben as part of your leadership team to win customers, grow revenue and improve performance. Ben leads agreed priorities and coordinates your people and suppliers.

From £2,000 per month

Two days for one defined initiative.

From £4,000 per month

Four days for wider leadership involvement.

Seven-hour days, allocated across the month. Meetings, messages, preparation, coordination and delivery all use the reserved time.

Commercial and AI strategy, marketing and sales systems, implementation, governance and team adoption are connected around agreed business goals.

Responsibilities, decision-making authority, scope, review rhythm, final fees, engagement length and notice are agreed in your order.

Discuss AI leadership

For Pilot, Partner and Fractional Leadership, all meetings, messages, preparation, coordination and delivery use the allowance. Extra time, larger builds, software and travel are agreed separately. Monthly fees are paid in advance. Existing customers keep their agreed prices and terms.

AI Partner is the current monthly support offer. Existing AI Concierge customers keep their agreed service, rates, minimum term and guarantee. Read existing customer terms →

From strategy to results

Agree the baseline. Measure the change.

Agree what matters

Choose a feasible priority and record the starting point, responsibilities, access and human checks.

Implement and adopt

Build, test and train people using your own work. Keep the scope and available time in view.

Review the evidence

Compare time released, actual costs and additional gross profit against the baseline. Scale what earns its place.

What we measure
  • Time back: hours saved for higher-value work, separate from cash savings.
  • Costs down: actual spending reduced.
  • Growth gained: additional gross profit attributable to the change.
  • Investment clear: software, setup and ongoing delivery costs.

Baseline → Target → Actual result. No double-counting or projected future value in the Pilot guarantee.

From direction to delivery

Connect strategy, systems and people.

Business development, marketing and sales

Use AI to research markets, sharpen your offer, plan marketing, find prospects and improve sales follow-up. Build practical systems to win and retain customers, with revenue and margin in view.

Agentic AI implementation

Lead the introduction of AI agents that can plan and carry out work across connected tools.

Agree responsibilities, access and approval points, then test the systems and train your people to use and supervise them.
