Ben Walker
Ben is an engineer, qualified teacher and experienced business leader with 15 years in executive roles across manufacturing and consultancy, including Managing Director and Operations Director. He has led complex operations, multidisciplinary teams and organisational change.
Ben studies AI through the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He is also an accredited ISO/IEC 42001 implementer and auditor.
That mix of operational leadership, teaching and AI governance shapes Aptimate’s approach: practical, clearly explained and designed to deliver responsible change that sticks.
Founder-led does not mean founder-only. Ben remains accountable throughout, bringing in trusted specialists where the work demands it.
