See what’s possible

What could your business do
with fewer things slowing it down?

Here are 3 examples of how AI and a clearer workflow can help you win business, stay on top of customers and cut admin.

Speed to lead: turn enquiries into opportunities

Respond while a potential customer is still interested. Use AI to draft a relevant first reply, qualify the enquiry and suggest the next step in your marketing funnel—from booking a call to sending a useful follow-up. Review the message before sending it.

Keep your CRM moving: follow up at the right time

Turn customer conversations into clear CRM notes, next actions and follow-up reminders. Spot enquiries that have gone quiet and draft a personal follow-up, so fewer opportunities slip through the gaps. Check the details before updating your records.

Make expenses easier: from receipts to records

Pull dates, suppliers and amounts from sample receipts, group expenses and prepare a tidy record for your accounts. Flag missing details and possible duplicates, then check the figures against the originals before approving them.
