What support do we get after launch?
Every engagement includes 30 days of post-launch support — bug fixes, performance tuning, and answering your team's questions. After that, we offer optional monthly retainers for ongoing support, enhancements, and scaling. But the system is designed to run without us.
Who owns the system?
You do. 100%. All source code, documentation, models, and infrastructure configurations are transferred to you. There's no vendor lock-in, no proprietary frameworks, no "you need us to keep it running" games. It's your system, built on your infrastructure.
How do we handle changes after handover?
The system comes with full documentation, so your team (or any competent developer) can make changes. For bigger enhancements, you can bring us back on a sprint basis. We also offer quarterly review sessions to assess performance and recommend optimisations as AI models and best practices evolve.
